IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSE TO RECIEVE COD ORDER

If the customer choose to pay in cash our team will either call them or send message to confirm the first 5 orders after that the confirmation is automated.

If the customer refuse to pay for the order and did not recieve it.

any other order in the future must be prepaid.

 

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your revived your order , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund .


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as Original ( With Master Box ) perfume  or any perfumes comes with box in general cannot be returned if the box is opened.

Splited perfumes ca not be returned

Ex : You bought a perfume with box , then you opened it's box. in this case your perfume can't be returned or exchanged. . 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, 

The refund will be rejected in these cases :

- If we receive the item without it's original packing.

- If we receive open boxed perfume ( if the perfume comes with box ).

- If we receive the perfume in different condition that what was sent to you.

Other than that your refund request will be approved.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if you received product different than what you ordered. or damaged

Other than these 2 cases we don't exchange any product.

so we can NOT exchange for these cases for example.

Ex : You bought blind-buy perfumes and it did not match your taste.

Ex:  You bought Perfume ( Without Box ) ( With Defect ) and you did not like the defect and want to exchange it. ( Please check example of the defects



Shipping the returned order
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as long as it is not damaged neither wrongly sent another perfume. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Return /  Refund timeline

1- You will send refund - exchange request ( for the applicable cases listed above ) with in 48 hours of receiving the order.

2- After responding to your request, the courier will pick-up your returned order with ( 3 working days

3- Once we receive the returned order and check it we will contact you.

4. - If the refund is not approved as you did not follow the cases listed above,

you will be notified that your product will be shipped back to you.

- If the refund is approved , we will contact you to get copy of your ID.

5- After sending your ID the refund amount will be transferred to the Post office and you can go and pick the cash up from the Post office  after 5 working days.

 

Important notes

1- If you request refund because you bought Original perfume and you have doubts that it's not original,

then you can not order from the website again after your refund is complete.

(( because some people use this reason so they return the products however the real reason behind this is that the perfume is not their taste and they just want to  change it.))

so PLEASE make sure you know the perfume scent before buying it

By Testing it in trusted place ( ex: Duty free or the brand itself )

or relaying on very trusted reviewer ex ( Jeremy Fragrance ) after knowing which perfumes notes you like and which you dislike.

2- There are NO other refund methods rather than post office.

so :

  • We can not send cash with courier as shipping organizations do NOT deliver cash - jewelry or Governmental papers.
  • We don't transfer the refund amount via BANKS.
  • We don't use Vodafone cash - Fawry - Orange money or any other methods.

Request / Exchange Refund
