Founders of the house started working together to initiate a cosmetics business concept envisaged by Notarangelo. He was the owner of a successful chain of hair salons and he teamed up with Frank Toscan, makeup artist and fashion photographer. In the very beginning of the house, the direction they took in business differed from the path of other cosmetics houses.
